Industrial Visit organized by department of Electronics and Communication Engineering on 25th August 2026 at ISRO ISTRAC, Lucknow

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in collaboration with IETE (Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers) and FORCE, successfully organized a Students’ Industrial Visit to ISRO ISTRAC, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on 25th August 2026. The visit provided students with valuable first hand exposure to India’s advanced space communication and satellite tracking infrastructure. Students gained practical insights into satellite communication, telemetry, telecommand, antenna systems, RF and microwave technologies, signal processing, and ground station operations. The visit enabled them to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications and understand the precision, teamwork, and technological expertise required to support space missions. It also motivated students to explore career and research opportunities in space technology, telecommunications, electronics, and communication engineering. The industrial visit served as an excellent platform for experiential learning, technical awareness, and professional development, inspiring students to pursue innovation and excellence in emerging technologies.
