Summary of the Event:
The Ethos Social Club, under The Udghosh Forum, Department of Management, BBDITM, successfully organized an engaging and highly creative event titled the Poster Puzzle Challenge. Designed to foster collaborative learning and out-of-the-box thinking, the event featured a dynamic poster-making competition where students participated in teams of two. This format not only demonstrated their artistic capabilities but also underscored the vital importance of peer collaboration and strategic teamwork in academic and professional settings.
To elevate the competitive stakes, a unique “Mystery Box” concept was introduced, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the challenge. Instead of using standard art supplies, participating teams were required to design their posters using randomly assigned materials found within their designated boxes. This twist effectively tested the students’ adaptability, resourcefulness, and real-time innovation, forcing them to pivot their artistic strategies under pressure.
The organizers conducted a series of interactive brain games and cognitive exercises. These segments kept the entire audience energized, intellectually stimulated, and deeply engaged throughout the day. Ultimately, the Poster Puzzle Challenge proved to be a vibrant blend of creativity, spontaneity, and teamwork, providing the management students of BBDITM with an enriching, highly memorable, and enjoyable experiential learning experience.
