The objective of the program was to warmly welcome the new students, familiarize them with the ethos of the institution, and provide an overview of academic, professional, and extracurricular opportunities. The event was thoughtfully curated with formal addresses, cultural activities, guest lectures, and engaging sessions conducted by various student clubs.

The event began with a warm welcome address by Shaniya Shukla, President, UDGHOSH Forum and Divya Singh, General Secretary UDGHOSH Forum, who greeted the dignitaries, faculty, and new students. The orientation commenced with the Lamp Lighting Ceremony, accompanied by Saraswati Vandana, symbolizing the beginning of a new academic journey blessed with knowledge and wisdom.

A soulful Ganesh Vandana by Vipasha Verma, Student MBA Second Year, was performed to invoke the blessings of Lord Ganesha, marking the auspicious start of the program with positivity and good fortune. Students were introduced to the history, achievements, and vision of the BBD Group of Institutions. The presentation highlighted the legacy of academic excellence and the vibrant student culture that the new batch was now a part of.

The two-day program successfully oriented students to institutional values, academic frameworks, placement opportunities, and extracurricular initiatives. The program created a balance of learning, interaction, and celebration, marking an inspiring start to the MBA journey.

Prof. Dr. Divya Gangwar, Head of the Department, addressed the gathering and shared words of encouragement.
