1. Introduction:

The Induction Program for the 2nd and 3rd-year students was organized to provide a refreshed academic orientation and to foster a sense of community among students as they progressed into higher stages of their academic journey.

This program aimed to bridge the gap between academic years, reintroduce students to campus life, update them on curriculum changes, and guide them on expectations for the new academic session 2024–25.

The initiative also focused on enhancing students’ awareness of available academic and co-curricular opportunities, encouraging collaboration, and motivating them for career planning and personal growth. It served as a platform to connect students with faculty, mentors, and peer groups, thereby creating a supportive and engaging environment to ensure a smooth and successful academic year ahead.

4. Objective of the Program:

The primary objective of the Induction Program for 2nd and 3rd-year students for the session 2024–25 was to provide a smooth academic transition and help students align with the expectations of their new academic phase.
